Through the Merchant Portal:
QR Code Generation: Input the transaction amount to generate a QR code. When the customer scans this code, they are directed to the payment tab on the Koko app.
Payment Link Generation: Alternatively, enter the total purchasing value and Koko's registered contact number. This triggers the automatic generation of a payment link, which is sent to the customer via SMS within 30 seconds.
