Refund Process
Once the merchant has initiated the refund for an order via the Koko Merchant Operator Portal, Koko will process the refund for the paid amount back to the customer's default bank card or account.
Where to Track Refunds:
- Any initiated refunds will appear in the ‘Refunds’ section under the ‘Purchases’ tab in the Koko app.
Receiving the Refund:
- The refunded amount will be credited to the relevant bank account after the bank’s refund processing period has been completed.
