- Refunds must be initiated through the relevant merchant.
- Once the merchant approves and processes the refund, it will follow the standard refund process and will be reflected in the Refunds section under the Purchases tab.
- After the refund is processed, the amount will be credited to your bank account based on the bank’s processing time:
- Commercial Bank: 2–3 banking days
- Other Private Banks: 5–7 banking days
