Step 1 : Enter the Daraz PayLater by Koko Login page

  • Enter the registration flow through the product description page (connect to link to above FAQ) and click on “Login now” if you have an existing Daraz PayLater or Koko account.

  • Enter the registration flow through the Account page (connect to link to above FAQ) and click on “Login now” if you have an existing Daraz PayLater or Koko account.


          Step 2 : Provide login details

  • Enter in your registered Daraz PayLater or Koko mobile number in the below format:

    • If your mobile number is 0774456107 you will have to enter in 774456107

  • Once you enter in the mobile number, click the “Login” button


 Step 3 : Click on “Forgot PIN/Password?”

  • If you can not remember your 6 digits PIN or Koko password, click on “Forgot PIN/Password?” 

  • You would then receive an email to your registered Daraz PayLater or Koko email address with the instructions to be followed.

  • Check your inbox for the email and click on “RESET PASSWORD” on the email

  • Enter in your new password

  • Re-enter in your new password in order to confirm it and click “RESET PASSWORD”

  • Your password has now been successfully reset!

  • You can now go back into the Login flow from Daraz PayLater and login to your account with your new password.
