Upon registration, you may receive a spending limit at sign-up due to the system checks we have in place. However, the starting spending limit is determined by several factors, including the accuracy of personal details provided during the app registration process and internal credit rules.
To enhance the possibility of an increase your spending limit, we recommend uploading the following documents through the My Koko section of the app:
- National Identity Card (NIC) (front and back).
- Most recent salary slip.
- Latest utility bill.
Additionally, maintaining a positive repayment behavior and regular purchasing activity will contribute significantly to increasing your spending limit.
Depending on these factors—uploaded documents, purchasing patterns, and repayment behavior—your spending limit can range from 0 to 250,000 LKR.
