Upon registration, you may receive a spending limit based on system checks and internal credit rules. While uploading documents and maintaining a good repayment history can improve the likelihood of an increase, it does not guarantee a higher spending limit.
To enhance the possibility of an increase, we recommend:
1. Uploading the following documents via the My Koko section:
- National Identity Card (NIC) (front and back).
- Most recent salary slip.
- Latest utility bill.
2. Maintaining positive repayment behavior.
3. Engaging in regular purchasing activity within your current limit.
Your spending limit, which ranges from 0 to 125,000 LKR, is determined by system evaluations and may vary for each user based on these factors.
