Follow the below-mentioned steps to remove your linked bank card from your Koko account.
1. Log in to your Koko account using your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the ‘My Koko’ section located at the bottom right.
3. Scroll down the page to find the "Payment Method" option.
4. Select the preferred card and click on the 'Remove' option.
Please note: You will not be able to remove any payment method if your account has any upcoming or overdue payments. All dues must be cleared before removing a card.
