Koko will be giving payment options to customers to adding their bank card or bank account in order to paying for the installments.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Card Payments: Visa and MasterCard (both debit and credit cards are accepted)
  • Bank Account Payments: Currently, only local bank accounts are accepted

How to Add a Bank Card:

  1. Open the PayKoko Mobile Application.
  2. Log in to your Koko account.
  3. Go to the "My Koko" section.
  4. Tap on "Payment Method".
  5. Click on "Add a New Payment Method".
  6. Scroll down and select "Add New Card".
  7. Fill in the requested details.
  8. Tap on "Verify Card".
  9. Once the card has been successfully added, a confirmation message will be displayed.
  10. Verify the added card details under "My Koko" > Payment Methods.

How to Add a Bank Account:

  1. Open the PayKoko Mobile Application.
  2. Log in to your Koko account.
  3. Go to the "My Koko" section.
  4. Tap on "Payment Method".
  5. Click on "Add a New Payment Method".
  6. Enter your bank account details.
  7. Once the card has been successfully added, a confirmation message will be displayed.
  8. Verify the added card details under "My Koko" > Payment Methods.
