Koko will be giving payment options to customers to adding their bank card or bank account in order to paying for the installments.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Card Payments: Visa and MasterCard (both debit and credit cards are accepted)
- Bank Account Payments: Currently, only local bank accounts are accepted
How to Add a Bank Card:
- Open the PayKoko Mobile Application.
- Log in to your Koko account.
- Go to the "My Koko" section.
- Tap on "Payment Method".
- Click on "Add a New Payment Method".
- Scroll down and select "Add New Card".
- Fill in the requested details.
- Tap on "Verify Card".
- Once the card has been successfully added, a confirmation message will be displayed.
- Verify the added card details under "My Koko" > Payment Methods.
How to Add a Bank Account:
- Open the PayKoko Mobile Application.
- Log in to your Koko account.
- Go to the "My Koko" section.
- Tap on "Payment Method".
- Click on "Add a New Payment Method".
- Enter your bank account details.
- Once the card has been successfully added, a confirmation message will be displayed.
- Verify the added card details under "My Koko" > Payment Methods.
