If you have a payment due with us, we can automatically extract it from any alternative card(s) stored in your account or you can add a new payment method.
To add a new payment method, follow these steps:
If your lost or stolen card is the only one in our system but you do have another card, you can add this extra card to the system and we could deduct your payment from that specific card (before the due date)
You can update your payment details in the App or online by logging onto "my account" and then "add the payment method" in the "billing" section. Any further payments will now be charged on the new card entered.
