Each Customer is eligible to receive two free reschedules per year. For any additional reschedule attempts, a flat fee of Rs. 500 will be immediately charged using the customer’s added payment method at the time of rescheduling.
Payment rescheduling can be done through the mobile app on the “Upcoming Payments” section.
