Sometimes you might need more time to pay – we completely understand!
- Each Customer will be eligible to receive 3 free reschedules per year. For any excess reschedules, the customer will be charged a flat rate of Rs. 500 which will have to be paid at the time of rescheduling.
- If the payment of Rs. 500 is unsuccessful, rescheduling will not take place and the instalment date would remain the same.
- The rescheduling of the payment would be applied to an extension of up to two weeks and will be requested through the app.
- A reschedule can be requested up to the day of the original installment due date and can not be requested on the due date.
